Salary: ‚¹15,000 to ‚¹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Contact and communicate with potential clients regarding available plots for sale.
Provide detailed information about plots, pricing, and other offerings to clients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate and updated client information in the database.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for site visits.
Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of real estate and plot selling is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
