Job Title: Sales Associate (Retail Showroom)
Salary: INR 12,000 - INR 15,000
Probation Period: 3 months

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 1st priority: 3 or more years of retail sales in natural original jewellery. Experience in a retail showroom in-store setting will be given preference.
2nd priority: 5 or more years of retail sales experience in select B2C industries.

Education: 1st priority: Graduation or higher. 2nd priority: Higher Secondary or higher.

Preferred: An authentic degree/certificate in recognized jewellery courses.
Language Proficiency:

Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write in both English and Hindi proficiently and professionally.

Age Limit: 20 – 30 years

Key Qualities and Skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a social and approachable aura.
Sales Drive: Proven ability to strategize and implement effective customer interaction techniques to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
Learning Attitude: Must be open to learning and improving sales techniques and industry-related knowledge.
Presentation: Always maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance.
Technical Knowledge: Industry-related technical knowledge and skills in jewellery sales will be preferred.
Proactive & Accountable: Must be proactive with a transparent and accountable work ethic.
Punctuality: Timely and reliable.
Important Notes: Freshers need not apply.
